The beach area was stunning, and we were
Delighted to find a wonderful chill-out zone with hammocks for relaxation. The staff members were incredibly supportive, especially in organizing activities for our daughter. we encountered some communication barriers as a few staff didn’t speak English well.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.
The gardens here are absolutely gorgeous with vibrant flowers and lush greenery, making every stroll a feast for the eyes! I particularly loved the unique private lodge experience. it felt like our own little paradise with a secluded pool to unwind. And oh, the food! Freshly made pizza was a favorite, but the extraordinary service from the staff really tied the whole experience together.

Beautiful grounds with extensive gardens, Themed culinary nights, Entertainment team’s dedication
Clearer signage would reduce confusion!!! The entertainment volume interfered with family time, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere!!! The beach cleanliness was disappointing, detracting from the serene surroundings that could enhance relaxation!!!

missingWrote a review on 17 Julvibrant gardensfresh pizzauncomfortable pillows
The extensive gardens create a vibrant and picturesque atmosphere, offering a refreshing outdoor setting perfect for leisure strolls. Freshly made pizza stands out among the varied culinary options, providing a flavorful touch that keeps diners coming back for more.
Uncomfortable pillows made getting a good night's sleep a challenge, which can really put a damper on your stay. The reservation policy for specialty restaurants requires a week's stay to book, creating an inequitable dining experience for shorter visits. I also found the transportation costs rather high, which adds another layer of frustration when trying to explore nearby towns or attractions. the app for reservations can be unwieldy and confusing, leaving you in the dark at times regarding available activities. Noise from the family's entertainment disrupted quieter moments, affecting the relaxation vibe I was chasing.
